1. Services Provided
NSA provides specialized therapeutic services (ABA, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, etc.) and educational programs for neurodiverse children. All services leading to an individualized educational plan (IEP) are contingent upon assessment by our certified clinical team.
2. Enrollment & Admission
Admissions are subject to availability and the results of our initial developmental assessment. NSA reserves the right to determine the suitability of our programs for a child's specific needs to ensure they receive the most effective care.
3. Use of Website Content
All content on this website—including technical articles, therapeutic frameworks, and photography—is the property of Nature's Sprout Academy. Unauthorized reproduction of our proprietary educational methodology or clinical guides is strictly prohibited.
4. Ethical Conduct
We pride ourselves on a community of mutual respect and inclusion. Any behavior that undermines the safety, growth, or dignity of our neurodiverse learners or therapists will not be tolerated and may result in immediate withdrawal of services.
5. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.
